Q. What does Clara Bracetie mean?
A. Clara means “bright and shiny” in Latin. Bracetie is a word made up to describe how the bracelet ties, i.e., connects to your phone.
Q. Does Clara fit me? Is Clara available in different sizes?
A. Clara comes in one standard size which is 60 x 50 x 13mm and weighs 40g. The inside circumference (opening for wrist / forearm) is 16.8cm (6 ½ inches).
Q. What material is Clara made of?
A. It is made of ABS resin frame embellished with genuine Swarovski crystals. Summer models have a chrome plated ABS resin frame.
Q. Is Clara compatible with my phone?
A. If your phone supports Bluetooth 2.0 or higher, yes. Most phones manufactured since ~2008 support this.
Q. How does Clara work?
A. Clara appears to your phone as a Bluetooth headset. Clara does not have a microphone nor speaker for voice conversation (like a Bluetooth headset), but is capable of receiving call notifications using Bluetooth HSP Head Set Protocol (Bluetooth 2.0 and higher).
Q. Does Clara notify incoming text messages or e-mails?
A. Only cell phone models which support text message notification with Bluetooth will notify incoming text messages. Clara does not provide e-mail notification nor notification for other events such as Facebook, Twitter, etc..
Q. How far can Clara be from my phone?
A. The typical range is up to ~5 meters. The walk away reminder on Clara will remind you that you are out of range.
Q. How long does the battery last?
A. A fully charged battery is designed to power Clara for 24~30 hours in normal use.

Q. How long does the shipment take?
A. You will receive within 5 or 10 days of ordering.
Q. During initial setup, instead of blue / red LED flashing, you experience LED/Beep/Vibration.
A. Clara is inadvertently turned on before the initial setup. Turn off Clara by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds until the red LED flashes.
Q. Nothing happens when pressing the button on Clara.
A. Press harder on the button. If this does not work, make sure the battery is charged.
Q. LED/Beep/Vibration occurs even when there is no incoming call.
A. Clara’s battery may be low. Please charge the battery immediately.
Q. Clara does not give a notification even when there is an incoming call.
A. Potential reasons are: – Your cell phone may be in Airplane mode. – You may have attempted the initial setup with more than one cell phone. Clara will be paired with only one cell phone (the last one that was set up with.) – Your phone is paired with a Bluetooth headset. – Clara’s battery may be low. Please charge the battery immediately.

A. Limited Warranty for 6 months covers the following.1. Clara does not work in normal operating conditions 2.
