Notification Mode

Pattern B: LED + Beep
Pattern C : LED + Vibration

On / Off Procedure
  • With your phone Bluetooth turned on, press and hold the Clara button for 2 seconds. The blue LED light will flash twice when Clara is successfully turned on.
  • To turn off Clara, press and hold the button for 5 seconds; the red LED will flash once.
Charging / Battery
  • Clara comes with a cable that can be connected to a standard powered USB port or USB charger for charging.
  • The charger plugs into the small hole beside the button on Clara.
  • A one hour charge should support a normal day of using Clara.
  • When the battery is low, the LED/Beep/Vibration will notify you. You should charge Clara immediately.
  • The battery in Clara will slowly deplete even when Clara is turned off. If the battery is left completely drained for a long period, the battery may eventually fail. Therefore, it is recommended to charge Clara every 2~3 weeks even when Clara is not in use.
Note:
  • If you use a Bluetooth headset with your phone, you may need to select hands-free mode on your phone (not headset mode) when using Clara.
  • Clara can be paired with only one phone at a time; i.e., Clara cannot receive notifications from two phones. Clara must be actively paired with only one phone.
  • Only phones which support text message notification via Bluetooth HSP may be capable of notifying Clara on incoming text messages. This is possible on some Japanese phones, but is unlikely to be supported on non-Japanese phones. Text message notification using Bluetooth AVRCP is not supported.
