Clara Warranty
Limited Warranty for 6 months covers the following.
1. Clara does not work in normal operating conditions
2. Clara cannot be charged.
The Warranty excludes failure due to water damage, heat damage, physical damage due to dropping/smashing/stepping on, etc, electrical surge, or any other damage caused by usage other than normal operating conditions.
How to return for service.

And return the unit together with the warranty card to the following address by mail or COD courier

1501 Frederick Rd. North Vancouver, BC V7K1J6
You will receive a repaired unit or a replacement unit in about a week.
Return Policy
Money will be returned within 2 weeks of the purchase in the following cases.
1. The model other than the one ordered was delivered.
2. The product does not work or a crystal décor is missing.
